Title: Metropistas to implement Puerto Rico's first logo sign program
Post by: Pink Jazz on September 11, 2020, 10:56:29 PM
It looks like Metropistas will be implementing Puerto Rico's first logo sign program via a contract with Sun Colors Digital Graphics:
https://suncolors.com/suncolors-highway-logo-signs/ (https://suncolors.com/suncolors-highway-logo-signs/)

Metropistas operates and maintains the PR-22 and PR-5 tollways.  BTW this mockup is for the PR-167 exit in Bayamon.

So the DTOP doesn't have 'em?
I've never been to PR, but from the pics I've seen the infrastructure looks...dilapidated.

Nope, no logo signs at least right now.

And it looks like they will allow them in at least some urban areas (Bayamon is in the San Juan metro area).
