Not record breakingly steep, but the Fairview Rd. overpass over Hwy 75 south of Offutt AFB is remarkably and astonishingly unsleek and ponderous from the massive amount of concrete used to build it.

I always found this one interesting:

The angles of each bridge make it that you can see the pavement of the bridge above the roadway. Kind of weird!

Jacks Run Rd. over I-279 north of Pittsburgh is pretty damn steep. The StreetView image doesn't really do it justice. And right at the top it hooks back down again. (I've crossed over 279 on that overpass many, many times.)

I don't know if this is considered a steep overpass, but the Oak Street bridge in Hinsdale, Illinois that goes over the BNSF rail line.
I once had to go to Hinsdale Hospital and I remember crossing the bridge and it's really weird because you go up on a steep incline and down on a steep decline.
Also this bridge is so narrow there's a stoplight that allows one side of traffic to cross the bridge at once.
It could be because I drive under it all the time, but I've always thought this underpass has a kind of steepness to it. Nothing spectacular though. https://www.google.com/maps/place/4270-4334+Southwestern+Blvd,+Hamburg,+NY+14075/@42.767389,-78.8168772,3a,66.8y,226.16h,75.66t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sVGk62WIV0hPbwFpYyldK5A!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x89d305418382d91b:0x433512298e48664c

"Steep" in the OP refers to the rise in elevation of an overpass, between one edge of the freeway and the other, not the steepness of the ramp leading up to the overpass.
The approach doesn't appear to be very steep either, anyway.

This is neither high nor steep. Nor remarkable in any way that I can tell.
You guys should look from the other direction. The steepness is far more obvious: http://bit.ly/2XLUC6S
Judging by the lack of a clearance sign for northbound traffic, that side of the bridge must be at least a foot-and-a-half higher than the other side (which is 15', 5").
It's not the steepest on this thread, but it's steep for that area.
