Parts of the new White River Bridge near Clarendon appear to have been incorrectly installed. This about par for Arkansas.

This was described to me by a bridge engineer as having "inverted T caps".

This is the interchange known as "El Sarape" in Saltillo, at the junction of Luis Echeverría Álvarez & Fundadores.

The bridge is a source of pride for Saltillo, because it was designed locally.
