Also, would any of these count, where there's less than 8 turn lanes due to a limited number of directions one can turn (but all available turns have their own lane, other than U-turns)?

While they're certainly less impressive, I will not forbid the posting of them  :D

Well, that's great, but it's not a single intersection  :pan:

I was about to disagree, considering the frontage road as a single thoroughfare with a wide median.  But then I determined, if there is storage capacity under the overpass, then it certainly can't be counted as a single intersection.
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.

I was about to create the reverse of this thread, but then I realized I already have.

Clearview Pkwy at Veterans Blvd in Metairie, LA has one triple left, and dual lefts on all the other legs.

Here's one with 13 turn lanes. Daniels Parkway at Ben C. Pratt Six Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers.

The thing I find most interesting at that intersection is that if you're northbound on Six Mile Cypress going to turn right onto eastbound Daniels, there's a part-time "No Turn on Red" that's indicated by a light-up sign that comes on when traffic coming the other direction has a green arrow. I can't say I've seen that anywhere else that I recall. In the Street View image linked below, the light-up sign is in the black box hanging between the two signals displaying green arrows across the way from the Google car's viewpoint (roughly above the minivan's hood).

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"

Island Av & Bartram Av in Philadelphia comes to mind. 2 left turn lanes, 2 through lanes and a single right turn lane (with a protected turn signal). This intersection is so busy, each direction of travel gets its own phase (with the adjacent direction's right turn lane getting a protected right).

In the Toronto area, they're quite common, unless I read something wrong?

Look at this: Each direction has a left-turn and right-turn lane.

Years before they decided to build a baseball stadium at the corner, Windy Ridge Parkway and Circle 75 Parkway in Cobb County had a single right turn lane, two through lanes, and two left turn lanes from all four directions:
