Forgive me if this is an old topic but I searched and was not able to locate; that said, I remember this as a kid in the late '70s and early '80s.

Remember the traffic lights hanging from the ceiling at the downtown Lazarus department store? They hung from like the 3rd and 4th floors and (I think) were around the toy department. It was a very effective way to get me to the department store with my parents and they could let me wander in the toy department and they knew I would not leave -- and I didn't. The lights seemed huge and they were at the escalators and (if memory serves) the corners of the floor.

Anyone else remember this?
