The E. Rodriguez onramp for Metro Manila Skyway northbound in Quezon City (actually located at the G. Araneta/Landargun intersection) is nearly complete:

Skyway update: northbound ramp to Nagtahan opening today (April 22)!

This gives direct access to Otis, San Miguel and Sampaloc areas from Makati and NAIA.

Some rather unique gore point signage for the Skyway Stage 3 northbound ramp to Nagtahan.

Some scenes of the signage for Nagtahan exit:

- Next Three Exits sign in San Andres Bukid which skips over the Quirino Avenue exit.

- Nagtahan 1 Km sign at the Quirino/Osmena bend.  Note that the main sign does not hint at it being a left exit...

while the auxiliary sign on the left does (in small text)

- What the gore point sign looks like at speed:

With the opening of the Nagtahan exit on Skyway Stage 3...

The northbound sign in Makati that once had a tarp greenout of "Quezon Avenue" has now had its temporary labeling removed, to reveal the more-accurate signage of "Quirino - Next exit"

Nagtahan represents the first southbound Manila exit to open, and the second northbound one.  Still awaiting opening are the southbound Plaza Dilao/Quirino Extension ramps, as well as the entirety of the Tomas Claudio Interchange with NLEX Connector and PAREX east segment.

Skyscrapercity mod Ajosh821 has found this planning document from DPWH for the Laguna Lakeshore road network project.  Phase 1 in particular would provide a second north-south corridor directly parallel to SLEX/Skyway between Pasig and Calamba:
