Most notable change on this video compared to past footage of Skyway: 90% of Skyway Stage 3 now has a concrete median!  There were a couple of notable crossover accidents near Buendia earlier in the year so this is a very positive upgrade.

Skyway Extension southbound from Hillsborough to Susana Heights has been opened, allowing drivers heading from Manila/Makati and points north to Laguna and Batangas to bypass the congested Alabang Viaduct portion of SLEX:
