Virginia State Secondaries in former Elizabeth City County

Does anyone have any information on secondary routes that existed in Elizabeth City County, Virginia, before it merged with the City of Hampton in 1952? I'm specifically wondering about Woodland Road, which ADC's Hampton / Newport News map labels as secondary route 615, though no signage exists out in the field, and some quick research on my part hasn't turned up any other mentions of it as such.

The map also labels Big Bethel Road as secondary route 600, though if the part in the City of Hampton never was numbered 600, this may be due simply to it being route 600 in adjoining York County.

SR 615 did use today's Woodland Rd plus also Harris Creek Rd
SR 600 used Big Bethel, then Todds Ln, then Queen St east to Back River Rd where it ended at then-VA 27-167

Almost every street name has been changed since 1936...
