I-71 and US 30

...

Did you mean I-75 and US 30?

yes
There's a TO US-30 sign on I-75 and a TO I-75 sign on US-30.

That these two don't meet is mind-boggling. It's in a rural area with no real impediments to an interchange between the two highways. It's like Stupid Breezewood because there's not even an old toll road to use as an excuse.

IIRC, there's an interchange between old US 30 and I-75.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Interesting. I never realized that US 30 and Interstate 75 don't have a direct interchange with eachother. They are both very significant highways through the region, and as has been noted, they cross eachother in a relatively rural area, so that really is surprising. What's very fascinating is that it looks like there are two different interchanges on I-75, near where it and US 30 cross, but neither of the interchanges are directly for US 30 itself. One is at Napoleon Road, and the other is at OH 696 (Lincoln Highway). Also, US 30 has an interchange with the latter road right there. So while just barely, it is indeed true that US 30 and I-75 don't technically directly intersect.
Now alternating between different highway shields for my avatar - my previous highway shield avatar for the last few years was US 76.

As noted, there was an existing interchange with Old US 30 (Lincoln Highway, now Ohio 696).

I suspect that the extreme angle where the US 30 freeway crosses I-75 made a direct connection difficult.  Plus the railroad parallel to I-75 would have made ramp bridges interesting, to say the least.

I-95 and US 360

I-95 and US 60

US 60 & US 360 misses the I-95 Exit 74B (SB) ramp by a block.

Even though it's not signed as such (and is erroneously signed as US 33 East instead), the ramp at Exit 74C (NB) dumps traffic directly onto US 360 WB.

Illinois:
I-88 and US 52

I-280 and US 67, although the nearby exit says "TO US-67"

Also for Illinois:

* I-57 and US 150 in the Chambana area
* I-57 and US 40 in Effingham
* I-80 and US 34 forgot these two cross twice in Nebraska with interchanges
* I-90 and US 45

US 92 at I-75.  Though its very close to the I-4 and I-75 intersection which is why there is no connection here, it has easy access between the two using the one digit interstate.

US 202/206  at I-78 in Pluckemin, NJ cross but have no ramps between.  Again close to I-287 & I-78's exchange, with easy connections via I-287 except on NB US 202/206 as a jersey U turn is required through a jug handle north of the US 202/206 and I-287 interchange (no direct ramps to the SB freeway there) its still not that far out of the way.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

* I-80 and US 34

I would say I purposefully omitted that one because they intersect in Nebraska, but I really just forgot about the crossing in IL.

You're right, forgot about the two crossings in Nebraska at Lincoln and Grand Island.
