I'm not sure if this was already a topic, but lately I've been fascinated by trailblazers that are really far from the highways they are guiding to. Or trailblazers that are found in unusual, or unsuspecting, places.

For instance, in Conway, SC leaving the Myrtle Beach area, there's a trailblazer for I-95 on US 378 (here:  https://www.google.com/maps/@33.8351258,-79.0641662,3a,15y,322.83h,87.28t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1swV7TDUkgju1KdLlH9I8-Qw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu), and if you follow US 378 from Conway, it would be over 60 miles until you reach I-95.

Are there other trailblazers out there that are in odd places?

Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.
Visit scenic Orleans County, NY!

There is a lot of "to I-5"  found on CA 33.  These are in Coalinga along CA 33/198:

My personal favorite was this "US 101"  along the Nacimiento-Ferguson Road in Los Padres National Forest.  Unfortunately this one probably was burned in recent years:

Don't know if this exact image obtains, but I thought it enlightening at least.

EDIT: Son of a gun, it did!
