When I lived in NJ I visited NY and PA several times.  I used many border crossings as both states had rivers separating NJ from them with the exception of the former being NY & NJ have a land border from the Delaware River to the Hudson River.

NY- NJ - I crossed all the PA/NJ crossings between NYC and neighboring Middlesex, Union, Hudson, and Bergen Counties.
I also used US 9W, the PIP, Garden State Parkway, NY 45 into a local Bergen County route, NY 17 & I-287, Sloatsburg Road, CR
511/ NY 210, Upper Greenwood Lake Road, NJ to NY 94, and NJ 23 into CR 15.

NJ- PA- US 206, Dingmans Crossing, I-80, Columbia- Portland foot and road bridges, Belvidere Bridge, US 22, Northampton Street, I-78, Riegelsville Bridge, Frenchtown- Uhlerstown Bridge, US 202, NJ 179, I-95 (now I-295), Calhoun Street, US 1 ALT, US 1, Penn Turnpike, Burlington- Bristol Bridge, Tacony Bridge, Ben Franklin Br, Walt Whitman Br, and Commodore Barry Bridge.

NJ- DE Both water crossings.  Del. Mem. Br. and Cape May- Lewes Ferry.

Used to be pretty partial to taking US 70 from Arizona into New Mexico instead of I-10.  One of my routes into California was AZ 95 to CA 62.  Generally I try avoid main routes of travel as a general rule that being said.

DC/VA: I-395, Arlington Memorial Bridge
Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

Mine's not too impressive of a list right now, though it has a couple semi-obscure ones:

OR/WA: US-197, US-97
OR/CA: I-5, OR-39/CA-139
OR/NV: NV-292/Fields-Denio Road, OR/NV-140
CA/NV: US-395
NV/AZ: US-93 (almost was I-11 when I went through)

I've been across quite a few others on the OR/WA side as a passenger (I-5, I-205, I-82, US-101, OR-35/Hood River Bridge, and US-730), but strangely enough, I can't recall that I ever actually drove into the western part of Washington before, despite being from just outside Portland.

Travel Mapping (updated weekly)

No way that I could ever list all mine, but I have done every possible crossing from Kentucky into Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. I have not done every crossing from Kentucky into West Virginia; there's a local crossing from Pike County into Vulcan, WV, which is landlocked from the rest of the state. I've crossed every state route crossing from Kentucky into Virginia, but there are gobs of local roads that cross that I haven't used. And definitely the same for Tennessee, for which I have NOT use all the state route crossings.

I've also done every crossing between Ohio and West Virginia, and every one between Tennessee/Missouri and Tennessee/Arkansas.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

My list for roads between California and its neighboring states is similar, except to add I-8 business in Yuma, CA 299/unnumbered Nevada road, CA 182/NV 338, CA/NV 88, CA 127/NV 373, CA 178/NV 372, Daylight Pass Rd./Death Valley Rd. (connects to NV 374), and CA 161 which seems to cross or follow the CA/OR border. I think the only CA/NV link I'm missing is the unnumbered road east of Death Valley Jct.

Also, between CA and Mexico, I-5, CA 905, CA 188, CA 186, and their unnumbered counterparts on the Mexican side.

For Alaska, all five of its road connections to Canada: AK 5/YT 9 (Top of the World Hwy.), AK 2/YT 1 (Alaska Highway), unnumbered road in Hyder AK and BC 37A, AK 7/YT 3 (Haines Highway), and AK 98/YT 2 (Klondike Hwy.). The last two crossings include Yukon-maintained routes cutting through the isolated northwest corner of British Columbia.

Just remembered one more CA-NV that I've been on; CA/NV 88.  Sort of forgot about it because the one time I was on it I wasn't driving (might have even nodded off around the state line!).  Probably will actually utilize it in the near future; just touched base with a former audio-industry colleague who's now based in Carson City -- might well get up there over the holidays if CA 88/Carson Pass is open.

Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

No German states?

I haven't been to Germany either. I've only been to 5 countries in my life, and none of them has states. Of course, I've crossed subnational borders lots of times, most notably every paved one between Aragon and Rioja (though it's not possible to reach the rest of Aragon from that area without crossing into either Castile and Leon or Navarre, or going on dirt tracks).

There are way too many to list, but I will say I have crossed every single PA-MD crossing where the PA side is a State/US/Interstate Route.
