Former NV 12 on Old St. Thomas Road

Went through my pictures from 2016 of Old St. Thomas Road which was part of NV 12.  NV 12 was a somewhat unique route given it not only went through St. Thomas but originally went to the Arizona State Line at the Arizona Strip.  St. Thomas was flooded over by Lake Mead in the 1930s but the waters have since receded.  I attempted to reach St. Thomas by foot back in 2016 but only made it about 2/3rds of the way.  I did find that Old St. Thomas Road was once paved and the asphalt is now covered with a top layer of dirt:
