PASS (Principal Arterial State System) routes now appearing on TxDOT Maps

PASS (Principal Arterial State System) routes are now appearing on TxDOT Maps. They are identified with a rectangle, so don't confuse them with FM roads.
From my understanding, they are built by the state to state specs, but maintained by whatever jurisdiction they are located in. They are not signed.

Here's an example:
Notice the "1814" on Josey Ln in the town of Hebron (Between SH 121 In The Colony and FM 544 in Hebron.
