I'm not sure that highway got decommissioned yet... All I can find about that is that the route is eligible to be decommissioned to LA county, not that it has yet.

It's disappeared from Caltrans' Postmile Query Tool, which shows state-maintained routes, but not the relinquished routes or segments. That seems to be a good sign that the relinquishment long ago agreed to with LA County has finally been carried out.

Anyway, Connecticut 167 => Colorado 167:
