It's been a long time since I've walked over it, or even driven it, but I believe the University Bridge (Eastlake Ave over the ship canal) has one that says 1-BO (the Bothell branch of PSH 1, which later became SR 522).

ETA: Confirmed, though obviously I meant to say 2-BO, not 1.

Wow, that's in great shape considering it's from before 1964. Great catch!

I'm surprised it still says "2-BO". I saw a Chevron Map from 1967, showing the bridge as having the SR 522 designation.

The current numbering system was developed in 1964, as thefraze said.

I'm well aware of that. I'm just saying, I'm surprised they never replaced the "2-BO" plate with a "522" plate before they truncated SR 522 to its current end at I-5.
