I'm pretty much convinced that Outagamie County 'CE" is named as such due to it being an extension of East College Ave in Appleton.  Then Outagamie County 'CA' mirrored that for West College Ave and County 'CB' . . .

BTW, welcome back, Fox 11 News Guy!

I have a GPS model that showed the STH 125 designation continuing far past the W. College Ave./S. Memorial Dr. intersection (all the way to the E. John St./E. Calumet St. intersection), which was a massive misprint. Also, Google Maps shows the CTH CE designation ending at the roundabout at the intersection of E. John St. and S. Walter St. Does it really end at the STH 47/125 intersection or someplace else?

WI 125 indeed ends at Richmond St (WI 47).  Also, County 'CE' ends at its WI 441 interchange.

There is also a County 'KK' with a right arrow tab sign on WB Calumet St a short distance west of the WI 441/Calumet ST interchange  here in Appleton, but that is the last mention of that highway.  It originlly went NW on John St to the Long-defunct John St bridge over the Fox River, replaced by the original College Ave high-level bridge in about 1960.

Now the new Route BD that replaced 75 was chosen in favor of the towns of Brighton and Dover.
