Sorry for the late response.

Yes, SH-44 just outside of Alice, TX. A mile or so down the road, the speed limit drops to 60 mph as it enters the city.

Correct, I-185 in Columbus, GA.

Interestingly enough, this segment was 55 mph until about 12 years ago when it was increased to 65 mph, then was further bumped to 70 mph in the last 5 years.
