30% chance of baseball size hail within 25 miles of a point in the Ozarks this afternoon and evening.

What towns are included?

Some Larger Population Centers in Risk Area: Little Rock, AR...Springfield, MO...Broken Arrow, OK...Fort Smith, AR...Fayetteville, AR. Also includes Branson.

What point are all those cities within 25 miles of?

They're not all within 25 miles of the same point. For every place in that area, there is a 30% chance of hail that size or larger.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

I think ozarkman was using "a point in the Ozarks" to refer to his own location, but the area where it applies is much larger than that.

Just finished shoveling. Took about two hours total. The deepest spot I measured on my driveway was 16", so we probably got about 18" total. Now it's 40° and mostly sunny.

Temperatures have been a bit below seasonal this week, but after the warm start to the month, it feels very cold! Today is currently -5C (23F), overcast, and snowing. It really looks like winter today!

Snowing pretty hard here. It's 37 degrees so it's melting as soon as it hits the ground, but still a jarring sight.

Places north and northwest of Chicago got upwards of 8 inches.

Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

It's currently 10C (49F) and mostly cloudy here in Vancouver, BC. There was on and off rain throughout the afternoon, but that didn't stop us from walking and exploring the city! Next two days look dryer and hopefully it'll be sunny on Saturday.

Easter Sunday was one of the stormiest days here in Okinawa that I've seen for quite a while. Thunderstorms all day long and insane amounts of rain. Band after band of torrential rain. Lasted from around 10am Sunday to very early morning today (Monday 01 April). Some breaks and then right back into the storms. Sat around 70 degrees most of the day.

Today is much nicer, with lots of sun, though more humid and warmer.

I think I can say it officially: we went this entire winter without a day that stayed below 20°F the entire day.

Lowest untraveled: 25 (updated from 14)

New clinches: MA 286

We're under a pretty wicked wind advisory out here with sustained winds in the 50-60 mph range and local gusts up to 100 mph in the foothills. On the eastern side of the metro, I should see some 50-60 mph gusts. XCel Energy has already told people in Boulder, Jefferson, and Gilpin Counties to expect power outages as they preemptively cut power to avoid wildfires.

12C (54F) and sunny, without a cloud in the sky. Would be a great day for an eclipse! :spin:

Today has reached an unseasonable high of 23C (73F) and it was pretty sunny around lunch (clouds have rolled in with a possible thunderstorm later). First day of T-shirt and shorts this year! Feels wild after yesterday, when I had two sweaters and a winter coat on during totality. :-D

Similar here, although just light flurries that won't stick.
