146 = IL-1 × IL-146

Story time!  This was the summer after I graduated high school.  I had a little blue flip-phone with me on a camping trip to southern Illinois with my two high school friends.  Just behind this sign assembly, you can see my dad's white Ford Explorer I was driving around, parked on the gravel so I could get out and snap a few quick sign photos.  This was the last photo I was to take before settling down and camping at Cave-in-Rock State Park, a mile or so to the south.  When we got to the campsite though, I discovered that my cell phone was missing.  I started backtracking to look for my phone, as the sun was setting and we were losing daylight.  I was starting to give up, having looked for over half an hour, when I got back to this intersection.  This was to be my last attempt to look for the phone.  Nevertheless, just in the nick of time, my phone appeared on the gravel where I parked to take this sign photo.  It turns out, the phone fell out of my pocket, landing on the floor by the door jamb, and when I opened the door, it fell out of the car onto the ground.

After I got home from the trip, I was reviewing my to extract the [url=https://flic.kr/s/aHsktMPart]shields from them, and I zoomed heavily in on the photo shown below.  You can barely make out a little blue/black speck below the passenger's side door of the car on the gravel.  That speck was my phone that I was about to leave behind.

Edit: my shield photo for IL-146 is still the same one, and hasn't been replaced in 13 years.  (Jfc it's been 13 years since I graduated high school)

For some reason Bills pictures always vanish after a bit and IDK why.

It's the URL that's the problem. It's not an image URL. I don't know why it temporarily does work, but it's not Bill's problem.
Oh. I am clicking copy image URL on google IDK what's going on.

What's going on is Google is shit and serving you an image that expires after a while. Go to the actual website and copy the image location from there.

I'm trying to find a sign assembly from Wisconsin Dells that would work, but alas, I cannot.
Here's one from Princeton, IL, instead.
