...northern portions of Florida's Turnpike. I kind of doubt I'll ever find an excuse to use the segment between, say, St. Cloud (US-192) and Fort Pierce. (It's not terribly far out of the way to use US-192 east to Melbourne and then go north to Viera instead of using the Bee Line.)

You're not missing much, having taken that section at least 20-30 times, other than to say you've driven somewhere with more than 40 miles between exits. CR 523 (Canoe Creek Road) hugs the Turnpike for about 30 few miles, but you'd have to go a bit out of your way to get to its southern terminus.
