Old Traffic Signals

Many intersections in Charleston outside downtown and the Battery feature these older signals. However many of them have been replaced with black painted mast arm assemblies and larger more standard signals.
Retro signals are used in the Battery itself. Most of the signals are ground level with the 12" 8" 8" style. There is at least one intersection with the 30" yellow span-wire supported lights.

That looks an awful lot like Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
