For US 71, let's go to Texarkana, and a sign I think I've posted in one of these threads before.  July 24, 2005.

The ColumbusCincinnati, Ohio, area for I-71.  June 4, 2003.

And to Colorado 71 in Last Chance.  November 16, 2013.

Photos I post are my own unless otherwise noted.

A bit of an odd one: Business US-71/MN-23 (not a state highway, just a city street) through Willmar. April 27, 2014.

US-71 and friends a couple miles east of Atlantic, IA. February 11, 2017.

I've posted these routes before, but last time I did so for number 25. Anyway, here's a different assembly for Washington CR-25 and Ramsey CR-72 straddling the border between those counties and the cities of Maplewood (on the right) and Woodbury (on the left). This one is just south of the junction with Upper Afton Rd. May 20, 2011.

Here's a Hawaii 72 in Waimanolo Beach on O'ahu.  August 22, 2006.

Alternate US 72 near Huntsville, Alabama.  July 18, 2007.

Western end of I-72 in Missouri.  June 28, 2012.

You beat me to that. Note that it has the state name within the white "teardrop" -- AFAIK, the only such non-cutout marker in Hawaii.

Since the blue Appalachian Highway US 72 was posted already by Jim, here's an odd-shaped US 72 sign in Decatur, Alabama:
