Since this has come up in other threads, I thought I might as well ask outright. I would have thought weekends would be the most popular time, but the statistics generally say otherwise.
Too early to tell for me but this is when I'm on generally:
Weekends/breaks: Midnight till I've exhausted new posts.
School days: 8 AM and 10:00 PM
If my times of forum usage were a line graph, it would probably be mostly straight and horizontal - in other words, there aren't really any very distinct peaks and periods of time where I use the forum significantly more than other times. I use the forum at what is probably a mostly consistent level of usage throughout each day and week. However, if there is even the slightest of peaks at a certain time period where I may use the forum slightly more than other times, I may guess that it is on weekday evenings, so that is my vote in the poll. I guess it's something quite nice about settling down after a long day's work and browsing the forum and such.
Where is the choice of "when I get good and damn ready"?
Weekdays...and especially during work time, are generally very popular.
Whenever I am awake and have time to be on. I work 2 weeks of dayshift and 2 weeks of nights, so my time on the forum varies.

That shows time of day, but not day of the week.
Now that I have Tapatalk, I'm on 5% more. But, regarding my time? Literally anytime I have time, but even with that said, I try to vary it.

I visit everyday mostly in the late afternoon and evening. Occasionally I will post in school or late at night, but not often.
During 2nd period at school. I've got a project based class (for the most part) and most of the projects for this class, I can complete in 1-2 hours the day before it's due and still achieve a 100, so I don't have much to do a lot of the time. Because this site isn't blocked, I spend a fair bit of that time on this website.
I myself get on a good bit even during school. This is because I have much more free time this year (Senior Year) than last year (Junior Year). On really good school days, I may spend more than half the time at school on this forum. :-D :D
It is definitely incredibly nice that this site, Google Maps, and a few other things aren't blocked at my school. Every once in a while, YouTube works, but most of the time it doesn't.
Lunch time at work, and then I keep it open and poke around every so often.
When I should be working.

My school only blocks porn and maybe Netflix. I think they also ban some social media sites.

You're lucky your school only blocks just that. A few years back, my district installed some filter that started automatically blocking random websites, yet it unblocked sites like Youtube and Twitter. It took them a while to correct this, but they finally did. Every now and then though, I run across a site that should not be blocked, half the time the reason is listed as "unknown".

Where is the jealous emoji?
Youtube videos must be approved, Customisation is banned, shopping and travel sites are banned. I'm surprised this forum isn't banned yet due to the unbanned sites being less than the banned.
Monday through Friday, as that's usually the first thing I check when I wake up anyway. Gives me something to do before getting to work later on.
2:37 AM. Exclusively.
It varies. Usually after 8am, but before 11pm.
Usually lunchtime on work days, and later at night before retiring for the evening. Also early morning if I can spare the time. Weekends are more random -- usually whenever I decide to check my email.
There's way too many people on here saying "during school".
Usually everyday whenever I get a chance. I typically bounce back and forth between AARoads and City-Data. However, I don't always log in while I'm browsing the forum. I normally don't log in unless I intend to make a post...kinda like I'm doing now.

So if I see a confusing post from you that makes no sense I will know why.
I most often visit mid-afternoon and then again in the evening, but it can vary.
I rarely post on holidays or Sundays.

My running schedule would like to disagree with you. I need 6 hours a day minimum or I crash after 6-8 miles. No matter how much I sleep, crash point is 26.2 miles (although I haven't done it, I've gotten decently close).
Not to mention school...

My school had a filter like that. One time I jammed a rubber eraser into the F5 key on the keyboard while I went to the bathroom and when I came back the filter server had crashed and I was able to get on sites I needed.

Not you specifically, but it would be interesting to know if I post something that is virtually guaranteed a quick reply (like a city ending in B or V in the city name game thread, or a help question, or a thread that just seems really interesting), how different times of the day compare. For example, it might take 30 minutes for a reply on average at 4 AM, 11 minutes at 9 AM, and 6 minutes at 9 PM. (These are just guesses).

Were you asking me? It doesn't, really, and you did already answer upthread.
I just find it surprising that the forum is usually busiest during the work day, when most of us probably could and should be doing other things. So I thought I'd get some statistics (everyone knows I love those) and see what became of it.

I agree with that. Generally, you can tell based on whether someone is online or not. But if you are looking for a response from just everyone in general, it's nice to know when the busy times are.
