Sounds like this might be taking longer than planned?  Thought they were going to complete both sides in the same year.

Probably turning into what the Rt 80 sinkhole remediation turned into in NJ. An assumed relatively quick fix got extended by quite a lot when it became evident that a greater amount of work was required to permanently fix the issue to prevent recurrence.
