Switch up error on AR 18 in Jonesboro just west of the new US 78 concurrency (should be AR 463)

I found some I-515-related signage on northbound Stephanie St approaching Russell Road near its interchange with I-515/US 93/US 95. This includes a rare instance (for Nevada, at least) of an incorrect shield—in this case, a green sign directing traffic to "US 515".

US/Interstate mixups are rare in and of themselves, so this is quite a find.
