Heh, you just beat me to it. I was gonna post a different Leesburg. Yours has ugly shields, mine has a seriously out-of-position exit tab.

But mine shows a little piece of the Haymarket DDI project we were discussing in another thread. (Only photo I got from that project, I had other priorities on that quickie road trip last Sunday.)

I've long been fascinated by highway signs that spell out a hypothetical person's name, so this exit is one of my favorites.  Randall Stanhope gets his own exit!
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.

For some reason, Iowa seems to be pretty good at making these. There's quite a number of these on I-35 between Des Moines and the Minnesota border: Randall Stanhope, Huxley Maxwell, Jewell Eldora, Roland McCallsburg, Ellsworth Radcliffe, Latimer Coulter, and Meservey Greene.

I only know this because I've driven the route many, many times and noticed the same thing about the city names!

I named my first D&D character after such an exit. :P

One of my mother's employees actually has the same name as the two control cities on an exit. My mom saw the sign and asked him, jokingly, if that was his exit the next time she saw him. Turns out, yes, that is where he gets off the highway to go home!

Combo city and county name signs with this one.

Seems like people are losing interest ... or running out of material. "N" shouldn't be that hard to follow.

I'm doing another dive into the AARoads California road photos collection, to try to keep the wheel spinning so that maybe it'll hit the few letters left for which I have my own ready-to-play photos (several Ms, two Ws, and one each of H, P,, U and V -- that last one will be really tough).

Anyway, Kingston => Nipomo (CA, along US 101 north of Santa Maria):

I've only been playing pictures I've taken myself... and around here, I have Norwalk closeby, and Nevada and Newton further out. N does show up rather frequently, and it'd get old to play the same three cities over and over again.

Edit: also as 1995hoo says below, I have a bunch of Cs and a few Bs to play, but those very rarely ever show up, and when they I do I've missed them.

My issue is simply that I sit in front of a PC all day at work and I therefore haven't been motivated to boot the one at home where most of my pictures are, so I've been largely limited to what I already had uploaded or on my iPad/iPhone.

I have a "P," a "V," and a "J" queued up but I'm not optimistic about using them. Maybe this weekend if I get started on taxes I can upload more pictures (unlikely, though, with two midday hockey games and some football game....)
