That's actually not Clearview. The sign dates to the '60s or '70s - it reminds me more of NY's or MA's old font (LeHay).

It's confusing. The N rule is in the street game, but not the city game. The city game has an A rule, but not the street game. Both games have X, Y, and Z rules.
