Slight correction: Oslo, in this case, is in Minnesota. ;-)

Thanks for the correction. I should be more careful near borders (but I'd make my life easier if they could say "Oslo, MN" on the sign :))

Guilford, CT to Duluth, MN (on US 2 in Ashland, WI)

In honor of the November 15 opening of Canada's new highway to the Arctic Ocean. Photo from Wikipedia Commons, taken by Ian McKenzie, at the exit from the airport rather than along the new highway, and also when there was daylight up there (the sun set on November 27, and won't rise again until January).

Rosenort => Tuktoyaktuk (NT), or the alternate spelling Tuktuuyaqtuumukkabsi:

I gotta ask:  Did you copy & paste, or did you type that out?

Copy & paste :-D

I had to type it out, and misspelled it twice. Copy and paste is definitely the way to go, with a 20-letter place name.

#1:  Those are some small distances!  Definitely not in the Great Plains.

#2:  Is it now time to start a new picture challenge?  Signs with a number pattern?  1, 2, 4 = powers of 2.
