Lowell -> Louvain

Or Liege or Luxembourg, in the same photo on the sign to the left. Are those indeed also city names?

On that assumption,

Luxembourg => Glenarm (IL):

Luxembourg seems to refer to a province of Belgium that borders the country of Luxembourg. It's not a city.

Liège is a city.

The sign is pointing towards both the country/city of Luxembourg and the province of Belgium so I would say it's a legal move.

I actually forgotten there was more than one place starting with L when I posted the picture.

I completely forgot that Luxembourg's capital is called Luxembourg.

Side note: What does "+4m" mean? E42 never enters the country of Luxembourg.

+4m means it's the route vehicles over 4 meters high should use. The previous exit is actually the direct route to Luxembourg but has a height limit, possibly due to a low bridge or tunnel.

We've been to some Glenwoods, but not the one in New Mexico, so let's go Middleburg -> Glenwood (NM).  US 180.  October 14, 2018.

Hmmm, let's go to J.

GLENWOOD  →  DEJ (România)

[from an article on the Deutsche Welle website]
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.
Visit scenic Orleans County, NY!
Male pronouns, please.

Lots of pressure not to waste a "J" so I wanted a place we'd be unable to represent otherwise.  How about Jerusalem (NY)?  New York 364.  April 22, 2007.

If anyone has something fantastic that absolutely needs to be played, I'd be willing to rescind this one.

Much more boring, even if easier to pronounce.

Mosonmagyaróvár => Rockport (WV) Rupert (WV), or Rainelle:

For many years, this where you had to get off I-64 to continue on to Charleston. I have no memory of the trip, but I remember my dad saying that it took us four hours to get from here to Charleston when we were returning from a family vacation. Perhaps he meant White Sulphur Springs, or the Virginia state line, but that's only about 30 miles in the rear-view mirror. Still, 3 1/2 hours from here to Charleston would have been a real slog.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Corinth -> Harviell, MO
Taken on June 1st, 2018.

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.
