The lower-middle sign looks similar to the guide signs at Walt Disney World.

A scan through Google Images makes me think it's a one-off.

I think that's the first Guatemalan signage I remember seeing. Looks like someone took Mexican signage and actually made an attempt at using decent fonts and layouts.

Not being a font guy...  What's the difference?  It looks totally Mexican to my eyes.

Photos I've seen of Mexican signage tends to use basic Windows fonts like Arial and Arial Black in lieu of FHWA fonts. I've also seen a lot of signs with messy layouts, and squished text seems somewhat common.

Granted, I've never been to Mexico, so I'm not sure whether this is sampling bias in photos that have been posted here. The messy-looking signs may be less common than I think they are.
