From the recent curling trip to Utica, NY - Pair of Upstate New York Roadtrips.  It includes photos from the mini-roadtrip Doug Kerr, Anthony Costanzo, State Alpert, John Krakoff, Mark and Jenn Sinsabaugh and I did.

good to know that the 5/105 button copy, and the state-named US-2 are still around.

I notice you didn't photograph this one:

was that one gone, or did you just miss it?

We were on VT 100 North through town so we wouldn't have seen that sign.

Final Installment from the May Roadtrip to Maine.

Day 4 - Part 2 - A return drive on the Mohawk Trail.  If you are ever in Western Mass, I highly recommend exploring this road.

That one's gone, replaced with 3 shields:  "EAST 2 - TO 100 - TO 89".  A poor location for such a sign.  Arrows depicting the direction 100 to 89 take in advance of the junction would've been better.  And the sign at the jct which reads "NORTH 100 TO 89" <- is still missing its 2 EAST pullthrough below the 100 SOUTH pullthrough.  This dates back to a couple of years ago when the US 2 bridge east of Waterbury was closed and thru US 2 traffic had to use I-89 South.

The diagrammatic for the US 2/VT 100N junction on US 2 WEST has not been replaced - its basically an updated version of the old sign that used to exist EB, but its green and has the old circle shield for VT 100.

I couldn't help but notice that store on the state line with the yellow stripe...

Was lottery available on the Virginia side of the store as well? :)

Yes, it is available.  In fact, prior to NC allowing a lottery, they advertised that novelty.
