According to Minute Order 2014-128, dated November 14, 2014 which is accessible at the link provided, a section of AR 43 in Siloam Springs is to be decommissioned. A railroad bridge is being constructed over the Kansas City Southern Railroad on Cheri Whitlock Street and when it is completed, AR 43, Section 0 between the junction of AR 264 (Lincoln Street) and AR 59 is to be decommissioned. I don't know AR 264 south of current AR 43 will be renumbered as AR 43 or if AR 43 and 264 will end at the same intersection.

Also. according to Minute Order 2017-012, dated February 1, 2017 which can be accessed at the link provided, there are to be some changes in the highway system in Fayetteville, AR. The City of Fayetteville is planning on taking ownership of some state highways. Here is a rundown of the changes:
-AR 112, Section 0 between AR 16 and AR 112S is to be decommissioned.
-AR 112, Section 1 between AR 112S and I-49 is to be decommissioned.
-AR 112, Section 0 between US 71 and AR 16 is to be redesignated as AR 16, Section 3
-AR 112S, Section 0S is to be redesignated as AR 16S, Section 2S.
Basically, AR 112 coming in from Johnson would end at I-49, Exit 66. AR 16 would turn south from 15th Street and Razorback Road instead of turning north towards AR 180. AR 16 would "end" at US 71 and "begin" again at I-49, Exit 64. This would mean that Razorback Road and Maple Street next to Razorback Stadium will no longer be a part of the state highway system. Have any of these changes been marked in the field?

I've heard about 112 Spur being decommissioned, but have seen nothing.
I think some of these changes are likely intended to keep through traffic from going through the U of A Campus.
Also Exit 66 is now
Exit 67A while the Business 71 Spur is
67B--
Siloam Springs, I've heard about grade separating the railroad, but truncating 43 is news to me. I know it was removed from downtown and replaced AR 204 along Cheri Whitlock Street sometime between 2000 and 2002. Spur 43 (old Bus 68) was also removed.
