As of 2013, Wyoming 230 has been extended north from just south of Saratoga north to Interstate 80 and US 30-287 at Walcott. This route extension is entirely overlapped/shared with Wyoming 130; it is documented on the 2014 official map as well as the Oct 2013 Google Street View imagery: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=walcott+wyo&hl=en&ll=41.741483,-106.819875&spn=0.004715,0.010568&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=40.59616,86.572266&t=h&hnear=Walcott,+Carbon+County,+Wyoming&z=17&layer=c&cbll=41.741483,-106.822024&panoid=L2NzLaKXLs2lTaXiUb0mtw&cbp=12,293.31,,0,5.01

Jeez, even in the GPS era, Wyoming loves its concurrencies. I'll be down in that area in a month, I'll check this out.

Moving into fantasy realm just for a moment, maybe there's a chance they'll rationalize things by making some re-routes. I would prefer if the Wyoming 230 corridor in Carbon County be signed north-south or maybe given another number, even though I know 230 in its current form is intended to be an alternative to US 30 and/or Interstate 80. Maybe that is the goal, to give that whole north-south route one number (serving both Encampment and Saratoga). maybe after 230 becomes well-known as the route number in this section of the North Platte River valley, perhaps they could consider rerouting 130 to travel south on 230 (rather than north) and turn west again to replace Wyoming 70 over Battle Pass to Wyoming 789 Baggs. 130 would then be an more scenic route going over two incredibly beautiful mountain passes. But of course it's doubtful that will ever happen.
