So was this warehouse located under the elevated structure?  It certainly was close enough that it impacted it severely when it caught fire.

San Miguel Corporation says the target date for the Skyway Stage 3 completion has been pushed back to July (better than early estimates of late 2020) due to the Pandacan fire:

I think it was adjacent, on property owned by one of the companies funding the project (San Miguel Corporation).  Plastics warehouse that was supposedly being cleared out, but apparent welding work on the structure caused the fire (if I remember correctly)

As annoying as the damage and collapse were, at least it wasn't on an active section of road (so the entire stretch of the existing Skyway from Alabang to southern Manila remains open) and is only delaying the project completion twelve weeks or so overall.  But those could be optimistic estimates - the completion of the route is several years later from original projections.
