NHDOT is getting ready to replace the US 4 bridge over the Connecticut River, which links Lebanon, New Hampshire with White River Junction, Vermont, and they want to sell the bridge for as little as a $1 bid.  But there's a catch.  The winning bidder has to establish how they plan on preserving this old truss bridge for its new home.
