UT 261 and the Moki Dugway

Next up in the 2016 Fall Mountain Trip Series is UT 261 and the Moki Dugway.  I really wanted to get to the Dugway before the end of the week given that it is probably one of the cooler State Highways in Utah.  The views from the rim of Ceder Mesa at the beginning of the 1,200 foot drop on the Moki Dugway are really something to see, especially the Valley of the Gods to the east.  I personally found the gravel surface of the Dugway to be really high quality and the 10% grade felt way tamer than I was anticipating:
