User webny99 lives extremely close to you; in fact, he lives in the same county. Also, of the several DOT employees on this forum, at least two are from New York.

Welcome! As was mentioned, I'm from eastern Monroe County as well (Penfield), so I'm very familiar with Webster. Look forward to seeing you around!
