Is MUTCD page broken?

The MUTCD page is timing out for me. Is it the MUTCD page that's broken or is the router just messing with me?  :hmmm: :pan:

On nearly every other online platform I go by Kurzov - Katavia is a holdover from the past.

Looks like it's down for me as well. They'll get it up soon. Could be maintenance.
