Chicagoland? Great! Bring me a slice of Lou Malanti's pizza! I've had Uno's (my favorite), Gino's, and Giordano's, but yet to try Lou's.
^ I thought only New Yorkers do thin crust?? I know Detroit and Chicago styles are pan-thick with loads of filling. Anyway my first choice is always Chicago deep dish.
