Do you know what the closest numbered highway is to the hospital or wherever you were born? I was looking around Baltimore on Google Maps yesterday and came across my birthplace, Johns Hopkins, whose south side borders U.S. Route 40 (Orleans Street). So it made me curious what everyone's is.
That's one way to get sensitive data out of people. :D

Community Drive (Nassau CR 11A). If unsigned county routes don't count, then either Northern Boulevard (NY 25A) or the Long Island Expressway (I-495). North Shore Hospital is about halfway between them.

Lynn Hospital where I was born no longer exists but it was near MA 107 at the time. Post-1996, the nearest route to the site is MA 129.
I have lived about a mile away from the 101 my entire life. The 27 is about three miles away.

I'll just answer for all three of them:
State highway: M-58 would probably be the closest although M-13 isn't too far away either.
Interstate: I-675 (Michigan).
US Highway: US 23 (runs multiplexed with I-75 for 73 miles between Flint and Standish).

US-190. I highly doubt it was in anything remotely resembling its current configuration back then, especially considering as how my mom said our town still had a fair number of unpaved streets at the time.
I thought about answering the OP literally. The question is whether you know what the closest numbered highway to where you were born is, so my answer is "yes."

In Indiana, either SR 32 or US 35, though 35 is not on the same route today. The routes were equidistant from the hospital.
Either US 129 or US 11 (Fort Sanders Presbyterian Hospital in Knoxville, TN). Looks like US 11 is the closest.

I was born at what was then (1971) New Britain General Hospital, now The Hospital Of Central Connecticut. CT Route 72 is north of it. CT Route 71 is a few blocks east of it. CT Route 71A once got as close as 2 blocks, before that road was truncated to end at Buell Street in New Britain's south end. I-84 is further west, by the Plainville town line.

CA 134 (at that time SSR134/LRN 161). Ironically, when the CA 134 (Ventura) freeway was built across Glendale in the late '60's, it took a large part of the hospital where I was born (it had since moved to new facilities in Montrose).
Methodist Hospital in Omaha is on US 6, a few blocks away from N-133, and a couple miles from I-680.

For me, it's roughly a four-way tie, the difference being within barely a tenth of a mile (also depends on if this means as the crow flies or via direct street connections): US 75 (now Business US 75), US 20 (now Business US 20) US 77, and I-29.
A4145 - though soccer fans will know it better by its road name due to it giving the name to the football stadium next to the hospital.

Tuscaloosa. Currently it would be US82 but when I was born McFarland Boulevard didn't exist so I think AL215 was on University Boulevard at that point.
