Spur 601 ends at Loop 375.  This is the only part of Spur 601 that isn't a freeway.

That's a diamond, not a SPUI.
SR 509 in Tacoma, WA ends at a SPUI.

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

When I was on it, Loop 303 in Arizona ended at a SPUI, but it's since been extended.

The former AZ 153 - Sky Harbor Expressway Exit 1 - University Drive ends in a 1/2 SPUI

NE2

There are two separate ways in which this can happen: the freeway is the freeway in the SPUI (or it would be if it continued) and the freeway is the side street. If bugo's example were correct, it would be the former, as is mine.

Calling 509 a freeway is pretty generous- it has a freeway-like segment for about half a mile, but it's hardly a freeway

I think I see freeway entrance signs on Google's street view photos, but it's too blurry to be sure.

Those are for I-705. Trust me, I've driven that stretch of 509 probably 200 times- you wouldn't consider it a freeway.

We drove it between I-705 and Alexander Avenue and considered the western two miles of it freeway. 60 mph with limited access.

You mean the signs on Portland Avenue and Port of Tacoma Road?

The IL 137 freeway in Waukegan, IL ends at a half completed SPUI for a couple more years until the bridge is removed and replaced with earthwork:

I-90 ends in Seattle at something that's definitely SPUI-shaped, but missing a couple of ramps.

EDIT: More like begins, since only eastbound I-90 traffic goes through that interchange.
