Arkansas is considering tolls for I-40

It's easy: take US 70.  You'll lose about an hour, but you won't have to pay those pesky tolls.

Aren't all the slots for tolling interstates taken?

It's easy: take US 70.  You'll lose about an hour, but you won't have to pay those pesky tolls.

I'm sure all the speed traps east of Little Rock would be happy to see you ;)

My cousin in Forrest City lives just off US 70. Depending on where the tolls are, I could just get on 70. Methinks, though, that the tolls might be between the US 70 split and the Mississippi River.
