This may have been discussed before, but I can't find a recent thread on it. What 3DIs enter multiple states? I can't think of too many examples. The only ones that come to mind immediately are the Capital Beltway, I-470 in Wheeling, and I-275 in Cincinnati.

I-294 used to cross into Indiana, when I-94 followed the Skyway and I-90 followed with I-80 into Illinois

DC/MD is correct for I-495 if you count the couple hundred feet I-495 is in DC, but he forgot to add VA.
