Yes, the sign was still there last I noticed. Will be by that way in a few days, will double check.  There is no street view for Charter Avenue on google and I see nothing at all on the satellite view where the sign is located, but it's grainy rural satellite photography at it's finest, so it appears it's simply not being picked up.
