Edited to clarify: Single-digit routes fall into the zero group.

For example, Indiana has:

US (0)6
US 12
US 20, 24, 27
US 30, 31, 33, 35, 36
US 40, 41
US 50, 52
I-64, I-65, I-69
I-70, I-74
I-80
I-90, I-94

How many other states have this?
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

jmacswimmer

I think Maryland has them all except for a 3:

US (0)1
US 11, 13, 15
US 29
- (next closest would be US 30 in Southern Pennsylvania)
US 40
US 50
I-68
I-70
I-81, I-83
I-95, I-97
"Now, what if da Bearss were to enter the Indianapolis 5-hunnert?"
"How would they compete?"
"Let's say they rode together in a big buss."
"Is Ditka driving?"
"Of course!"
"Then I like da Bear buss."
"DA BEARSSS BUSSSS"

US 62, 68
I-70, 71, 74, 75, 76, 77

Pennsylvania misses a 5x

US 11, 13, 15, 19
US 20, 22
US 30
US 40
[no US or I- 5x]

I think Maryland has them all except for a 3:

Yet, right next door West Virginia has all of them except a "9":

1:  US-11, US-19
2:  US-22
3:  US-30, US-33, US-35
4:  US-40, US-48
5:  US-50, US-52
6:  US-60, I-64
7:  I-70, I-77, I-79
8:  I-81

And yes, neither Maryland nor West Virginia have "0" routes (but those aren't technically 2dI and 2dUS  :hmmm:).

Colorado is missing the ones, sixes, and nines.

0 - US (0)6
1 - missing
2 - US 24, I-25
3 - US 34, US 36
4 - US 40

6 - missing

However, we do have US 160 and US 491. So the only family that we are missing are the ones.

I intended single digit routes to have an implied first digit of zero. I also excluded state highways.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

Illinois. In fact, the only gap of greater than six is 80 → 88.

To wit:

0 — US 6
1 — US 12, US 14
2 — US 20, I-24, US 24
3 — US 30, US 34, US 36, I-39
4 — US 40, I-41, US 41, US 45
5 — US 50, US 51, US 52, US 54, I-55, I-57
6 — US 60, US 62, I-64, US 67
7 — I-70, I-72, I-74

Tennessee carries quite a number of US Routes, though.

0 - nope
1 - US 11, 19
2 - US 23, 25, I-24, I-26
3 - US 31
4 - US 41, 43, 45, I-40
5 - US 51, 58, I-55
6 - US 61, 64, I-69
7 - US 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 79, I-75
8 - I-81
9 - ...not north/east/south/west enough

Florida could be only
US 19
US 23 or 27
No US 3 starting for two digits
US 41
No US 5 starting.
No US 6 starting.
I-75
No US 8 starting.
Yeah US 92 and 98.

Two consecutive only
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

roadman65

OH, if not mentioned has for zero US 6.  No one routes though, but US 21-25. Then US 30, 33, and 35. Then US 40 and 42 followed by US 50 and 52. None in 6.  I-70, 71, 74,75, 76, and 77.  Then I-80 and last I-90.

Florida, as the OP wanted it:

0: US 1, I-4
1: I-10, US 19, US 19
2: US 23, US 27, US 29
4: US 41
7: I-75
9: I-95, US 90, US 92, US 98

So FL is missing 3, 5, 6, and 8. Not too great.

Georgia does better, missing only 3 and 6:

0: US 1
1: US 11, I-16, US 17, US 19
2: I-20, US 23, I-24, US 25, US 27, US 29
4: US 41
5: I-59
7: I-75, US 76, US 78
8: US 80, US 82, US 84, I-85
9: I-95

North Carolina:

US 1
US 13, 15, 17, 19
US 21, 23, 25, 29, I-26
No 3x (yet…I’m sure they’ll come up with another interstate at some point)
I-40, I-42
US 52
US 64
US 70, 74, 76; I-77
I-85 (I refuse to recognize the other interstate that fits this criterion as a 2di)
I-95
