I spotted some infos about some improvements in the area of the I-35/Loop-1604 interchange in NE San Antonio.

The users who goes from I-35 to Forum parkway will have a flyover overpass allowing to avoid the traffic coming from the Loop-1604 East to I-35 North.
Is it just me, or does the proposed ramp called New auxiliary lane from Olympia Pkwy entrance already exist? There are so many strands of spaghetti right there, it's kind of hard to tell exactly what I'm looking at side-by-side with Google satellite imagery.
