I meant the route.
Nah, with the route I mostly call the shots, and my dad may or may not go for it. If he doesn't agree I try to augment the route so it's shorter.

That's not normal.

...which means I-95 is more unpredictable than you've described.

Not really.  Just because it was unreported doesn't mean there wasn't something going on.

You know, considering I'm only 20 miles outside of Richmond, I'd say it's worth a shot to check it out. Should be a simple trip down I-95.
