Most of the signs I've seen along I-380/US 218 appear to be overlays with the IA 27 marker added. This looks like an original installation.

Thought about playing one of my KY 587 signs, since that route's northern terminus is in my county and my paternal grandmother's family cemetery is on that route. I spy Jackson County High School in the background. Covered a few high school basketball games there back in the day.
