Nearly 20 years ago, back in my misc.transport.road days, I created the following roadtrip. The rules are that you have to travel on every highway in the US Highway System, can never leave the system, and cannot double back unless the highway intersects with only one USH. Since I haven't really looked at this for many years, and was only prompted to do so now when asked what I would do if I won the lottery, I can't promise that this all still "works." I'm also sure there are ways to make it more "efficient" as well. Enjoy!

Keep in mind that he made that list 20ish years ago, back when it was still US 666. And depending on the specific year he made it, 169 may have still been concurrent with 212 through Eden Prairie. The Shakopee Bypass and the current (new) Bloomington Ferry Bridge weren't finished until the mid-to-late '90s (I want to say '96 or '97).

My recollection is about a week with an atlas and a list of highways. I did this in 1998, likely when my newborn was napping! (He just finished his junior year in college.)
I know there are inaccuracies and maybe some day I'll update it.

29 doesn't go to DeFuniak Springs. 331 does, though, so I assume what you meant to do here was 331 from Montgomery to DeFuniak Springs (picking up 29 via multiplex from Luverne to Brantley).
Like with most projects like this they take so long he probably got tired and made a couple booboos.

113 doesn't intersect with 13 in Dover anymore, now being truncated to Milford at DE-1. To stay on the US Highway System, you could take 13 South from Wilmington, to US-9 North/East in Laurel, then take US-113 South in Georgetown, to US-50 West in Berlin MD, back onto US-13 North in Salisbury MD.
