Where do we find sign contracts for the I-5 carpool lane addition in South OC?

I'd like to look at the shop drawings to see how much the three-quarter errors and the use of Series D vary (if at all) from the contract docs.

You can find them at the below link, but it's a real pain because you need an account and can only search by contract number. I did some digging and did manage to find the number for you though: 12-0F96E4.

I took a quick look through the plans myself, and didn't see any Series D or 3/4 errors in the drawings, so it's likely a contractor error or something was changed during construction. I can't say I'm surprised that there would be an error though, since the drawings are very rudimentary and use a generic font.
